Our Creed

Software Craftsmanship

With the wide variety of excellent free or DAW-bundled tools available, we believe that if you’re paying for a plugin, you shouldn’t be hearing a minor difference in your sounds when you bypass it, and we strive to make products that become an essential part of your sounds. We also deeply value human creative intuition and inspiration in software development, and make all of our products without any use of generative AI tools. As musicians and music producers ourselves, we only want to make things that we too are excited by.

Fair Pricing

When we both began our journeys with musicmaking back in high school, we were always looking for new tools to help us capture the sounds that were in our heads. Unfortunately, many of these tools were out of reach for us due to their price. We want cost to be as little of a barrier as possible to people creating with our plugins, and we want our customers to be excited about the value of their purchase. We price our software well below the industry average to reflect this, and we also avoid predatory discount pricing that dilutes the value of our products.

Digital Ownership

Our plugins have no DRM or activation steps and can be used on as many computers as you personally own without having to jump through hoops installing software managers or buying dongles. This also means that our installers can be used offline and archived for later use, ensuring that you can keep access to your purchase indefinitely. Additionally, once you buy a plugin you are entitled to any and all updates to it in perpetuity, including major versions with new features. We will never introduce a subscription licensing model of any kind.
